No, a deposit is required to guarantee space for the day of your event. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book events online. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for private events (corporate events, social gatherings, team building etc). For all events: Your final headcount is required 5 business days prior to your event along with payment in full.
Additional items can be purchased on the date of your event or by calling the events office. If your party or event must be cancelled, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled event if booked within 6 months of cancellation date. Customers are responsible for the full payment if cancelled less than 5 days prior to the party. We accept payment by credit card or cash.
When booking a special event, we require a final headcount 5 business days prior to your event date. You'll be charged for this final count or the number of guests in actual attendance, whichever is higher. Encourage your Guests to RSVP and show up for the fun!
Seating is guaranteed for the number of guests outlined in the contract. If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event area, other options are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If you arrive with more than 14 guests (or the maximum outlined in your contract) we cannot guarantee food and space will be available for the additional attendees. We will (attempt to) accommodate and charge accordingly on the day of your event.
Once you pay your deposit, your event is confirmed with us. You will receive a confirmation email from a local Event Planner with details of your booking.
