No, we do not require a minimum number of guests for field trip pricing.
Field trip pricing is valid Monday through Friday prior to 3:00pm. Field trips need to start before 3:00pm.

No, a deposit is required to guarantee space for the day of your event. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for private events (corporate events, social gatherings, team building etc).
Additional items can be purchased on the date of your event or by calling the events office.If your party or event must be canceled, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled event if booked within 6 months of cancellation date. Customers are responsible for the full payment if canceled less than 5 days prior to the party. We accept payment by credit card or cash.
Seating is guaranteed for the number of guests outlined in the contract. If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event area, other options are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If you arrive with more than 14 guests (or the maximum outlined in your contract) we cannot guarantee food and space will be available for the additional attendees. We will (attempt to) accommodate and charge accordingly on the day of your event.
Once you pay your deposit, your event is confirmed with us. You will receive a confirmation email from a local Event Planner with details of your booking.
